Friday 24th of September

Tonight is the MLS Game of the Week, New York Redbulls vs. LA Galaxy, Beckham, Donovan, Angel, Marquez, and no Henry. It's a game with no big significance except that the highest paid players in the league will play each other. The game to watch this weekend would be the Seattle vs. Chicago battle, it has Seattle's old DP and a true 6 point game in the standings for the playoffs!

TV Golo Gols of the Week

This weekend will be a big weekend for soccer across the pond, two of the big boys play in the EPL Man City vs. Chelsea. Hopefully we will see the "Yanks Abroad" do well and get some games. Here are the games that will be on TV for your viewing pleasure!

Dallas FC vs. New England Revolution highlights (2-2)

There are 5 games left in the season for most of the MLS teams, for the teams that remain in the hunt for a playoff spot every game is a point grabber. Here is the weekend forecast for the games, what game will be the best? I will let you decide.

Kansas City Wizards vs. Houston Dynamo highlights (4-3)

Before the World Cup started there was alot of hype about Charlie Davies making a miraculous comeback from his horrible injuries, I have to say I wanted to believe he would. Now the truth is out and it doesn't look good for our man Charlie.

Volley of the Week

Although the USMNT had an entertaining World Cup we did not get out of the second round, we seemed to give up the early easy goal. Starting over is not always something you want to hear but it seems time for some new blood and old veterans to step up or step out?

Another Tackle of the Week (Wait for it)

Next month we will have two friendlies against Poland and Columbia, then in November we will play in South Africa against South Africa. In all reality it should be 3 wins for the USA but what can we really hope for?

This next video is the "Blooper of the Week" in a strange twist it is a very very distant relative Dominique D'Onofrio taking one for the team.

There is a line from the movie "Dumb and Dumber" that goes like this
Lloyd: What do you think the chances are of a guy like you and a girl like me... ending up together?
Mary: Well, Lloyd, that's difficult to say. I mean, we don't really...
Lloyd: Hit me with it! Just give it to me straight! I came a long way just to see you, Mary. The least you can do is level with me. What are my chances?
Mary: Not good.
Lloyd: You mean, not good like one out of a hundred?
Mary: I'd say more like one out of a million.
[pause]
Lloyd: So you're telling me there's a chance?
And that is what i am telling the Sounders fans about qualifying for the CCL but a chance is a chance!

Palermo vs. Juventus highlights (3-1)

From the very beginning the Sounders have done everything right, got good established players, built a fan base, took care of their fan base with friendlies, brought in quality teams to play in those friendlies. The one thing I can say that they did wrong was let this guy go!

New Video for the USA bid to host the World Cup

Football/Soccer has always had it's cast of characters, hot heads, and idiots. Things have been done, said, and this article breaks down the "Top 10 most offensive quotes from England"

Marathon vs. Saprissa highlights

Sometimes he a soccer player, sometimes he a super hero, it just depends on what day of the week it is. is Wesley Sneijder the most interesting man in the world?

Joe Public vs. Municipal highlights

In Serie A the top of the table is as it has been in years past Inter Milan on top, but matching the nero azzurri is a small club that haven't been in Serie A for 19 years.!

Olimpia vs. Touluca highlights

In England some of the top teams have American owners, Liverpool, Manchester United, Aston Villa, and smaller Derby county. The typical English fan have no problem with this, but in Liverpool when their team can't produce on the pitch the fans look to ownership to sort things out, and it hasn't always worked and now it has turned into a Yank vs. Wank row.
