The Sounders play their 4th game in the CONCACAF Champions League tonight, they are 0-3 and pretty much out of the race to qualify any further. We should see some reserves giving their all tonight. To even imagine where the Sounders are today in the world of soccer we need to look at their past!
MLS Goal of the Week Nominees
Being a Sounders fan I know all about a team making a splash on to the scene, it looks like Vancouver is really trying to do the same things and emulate the Sounders. I say good luck and can't wait to play them next year and renew the rivalry!
Showboat!
It's all about the Money, that is what is said many times when players negotiate new contracts or teams shell out millions of dollars for players. My question and I am sure the questions of others is "Where does all this money come from?"
Goals of the Week
The other day we learned that the Mexican National Team parties a bit different than the rest of us! Well today it was announced that some of the players involved were suspended and others were fined for their good time!
Here is a Goal you won't see anywhere else!

The Yanks are doing well across the pond and even the younger guys are starting to show that they can compete with anyone given a chance! We can also look at the future of the USMNT, these kids will be in the US Soccer Residency program for the year.
Own Goal of the Week
I hope for the sake of the playoffs this article is accurate, the Sounders need to capitalize on the win in Columbus and use it as a launching point for a big run into the playoffs!!
AS Roma vs. Bologna highlights (2-2)
Honor, Integrity, fairness, and a man of good Character is usually the word they use to describe Referee's who make it to the highest level and Ref at a World Cup. Drug Mule would not be one way to describe a Ref from that level!
Juventus vs. Udinese highlights (4-0)
2010 MLS Playoff Standings
Inter Milan vs. Palermo highlights (2-1)
I guess there is proof that in Soccer money doesn't always buy you a winning team, but it does help with the other stuff!!
Lazio vs. Fiorentina highlights (2-1)
Messi got crushed in a crunching tackle last game, there is a pretty good picture of it. Dude got a straight red card, 2 game suspension, and alot of blasting in the media!
AC Milan vs. Catania highlights (1-1)
It looks like the English love them some companionship (that is paid for) and Golden Balls isn't immune to a little action on the side! But he is only a 7.5 out of 10, I guess that burns?
Real Madrid vs. Real Sociedad highlights (2-1)
Portland is coming into the league next year and so is Vancouver, Don Garber the MLS commissioner was in Portland and said this, "You would not be here if it wasn't for the Success in Seattle" see you on the pitch Timbers & Whitecaps!
Barcelona vs. Athletico Madrid highlights (2-1)
One thing about soccer that has always amazed me a bit is the fact that guys (myself included) would stick their heads in front of a ball that is coming at them between 30-70mph and hit it with their heads. Only in the last 5-10 years has it been of real importance to monitor for head trauma, and some players had to leave the game because of it!
Stutgart vs. Monchengladbach highlights (7-0)
Today is the "Original Ronaldo's" birthday and in honor of his 34 years this website put up some of his most Badass moments!! Go check it out!
Borussia Dortmund vs. Schalke 04 highlights (3-1)
It's always kinda sad to turn a game on FSC and see a stadium that is empty, I know it doesn't really matter to the players. In Italy one team has fixed that problem, I know qwest has something similar!
Ajax vs. Feyenoord highlights (2-1)
