I hope everyone had a great holiday and got a little rest, but the games are back on! The news also never stops! Lots of big matches in the EPL over the next few days with Chelsea vs. Arsenal leading the way today!
Tottenham vs. Aston Villa (EPL) 2-1
Edson Buddle tore up the MLS this past season scoring 18 goals, in 2009 Robbie Findley was the leading goal scorer for Real Salt Lake and now both have used the MLS and World Cup as a spring board to jump the pond and land in England!
Manchester United vs. Sunderland (EPL) 2-0
A little bit of noise or news depending on how you look at it coming out of Milan. Inter Milan have picked a new manager and he has ties to AC Milan, and a current AC Milan player is saying he could finish his career in the USA.
Manchester City vs. Newcastle (EPL) 3-1
Celtic find themselves in 2nd place in the SPL behind long standing rival Rangers, they are looking far and wide for help and have found two players from the MLS who might be able to help. One knows how to make an entrance(nice hat), and the other isn't happy with the money he is making! One has a male fan already?
Wigan vs. Wolverhampton (EPL) 2-1
Inter Milan won the Club World Cup recently, the game was played in Abu Dhabi, UAE which has it's own way of handling prisoners. One fan ran onto the pitch during the game and promptly was arrested, well he was released on bail and tried to make a dash for it, but not before he told everyone on Facebook!
Bolton vs. West Brom (EPL) 2-0
We are in the final days of 2010 and the best of lists will be coming out, here is the first I have found. GolTV's "Top 10 Goals of 2010", I have also found the "Top 10 Goals of the Week" enjoy.
Stoke vs. Blackburn (EPL) 2-1
There are not alot of games being played between Christmas and the New Year, but in the UK some Americans have been in on the action and some have not. Lets take a look at the "Americans in Action"
West Ham vs. Fulham (EPL) 3-1
The Transfer window opens up January 1st and runs to January 31st, there will be some expected moves by players and there will be some unexpected moves. One player that should look for a new home to keep his Club and Country career on track is Gooch!
Rangers vs. Motherwell (SPL) 4-1
As a soccer player I have played games in very far off lands, Korea, Philippines, Russia, Italy, and Bosnia. Another Pacific Northwest Native has also taken his soccer skills and his desire to help others and put them to good use in a far away land.
Celtic vs. St. Johnston (SPL) 2-0
It is a mansion fit for a king - or even a tsar. Not content with the dozens of houses he already owns around the world, Russian oligarch and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has purchased all nine flats of a prime London block with Harvey Nichols and Harrods as their corner shops.
Anderlect vs. Lierse (Jupiler League) 6-0
As a fan I enjoy a Barley Pop at the stadium ($9 dollar price be damned), and as a fan of new technologies I am truly happy that someone has made a better "Beer Dispenser"
