Thursday 30th of September

The Sounders played last night in the CONCACAF Champions League group stage against Marathon de Honduras. It was a abnormally small crowd with only 10,000 in attendance but they were given a show by the Sounders reserves. Michael Fucito used his pace and free kick prowess to give Seattle their first win in the tournament!

Seattle Sounders vs. Marathon de Honduras highlights (2-0)

One of the strongest rivalries on the planet may not be able to play each other? CONCACAF is trying to get FIFA to approve a new type of qualifying for the World Cup and Mexico vs. USA might not be part of the process!

MLS Player of the month is up for vote, I believe there is a certain player on the Sounders who is responsible for two victories and is starting to show his goal scoring abilities.

One theme with the "Top 24 under 24" is that the players that have been picked are also significant contributors to their respected teams and their teams have success, coincidence?

Rangers vs. Bursapor highlights (1-0)

Kasey Keller is 40 and some say on the tail end of his career, but others say he has maintained his form and confidence that carried him to a 15 year career in Europe. He also continues to rack up accolades in MLS.

The Copa America is the Champions League of South America, and CONCACAF Champions League is the same for North America, there is talk of combining them and having one tournament.

Lyon vs. Hopel Tel Aviv highlights (3-1)

DeRo or Dwayne DeRosario is a very good player with a penchant for bad timing and speaking his mind! The press has had enough of this behavior and let everyone know with a great piece advocating his release!

Tranny gate has escalated, the Mexican Futbol Federacion and the Mexican National Team Players are at odds over punishment for an after game party.

It could be called the "Rebirth of Cool" or "The Rise of the Cosmos" whatever you want to call it I believe it would be great for soccer in America and would only bring the game to a higher level!
