Thursday 18th of November

The USA played a friendly against South Africa yesterday and the starting lineup for the US included only 2 players from the World Cup roster, it did have 6 players getting their first caps for the USA and one 17 year old scoring the decisive goal for the USA. Do we have another Jozy Altidore in the makine with Juan Agudelo? or will he be better? The MLS Final is this Sunday between Colorado and Dallas, will Davide Ferreira make the difference or will the scoring duo of Cummings and Casey score the goals needed? It's all to play for!

USA vs. South Africa (International Friendly) 1-0

It was rumored months ago that he would finally return and play in the MLS, now it has been made official. Jay Demerit has signed for the expansion Vancouver Whitecaps.

France vs. England (International Friendly) 2-1

With only 14 days until the winners are announced FIFA has made it a point to pick apart every bid for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. Lots have been said and some have been banned but the question remains who will win the Cup?

Blooper of the Week, this comes from the 3rd division in Brazil. You tell me if he lost it in the lights or in the rain? either way what a howler!!

In Hockey the big strong guys who like to rough it up usually have few teeth missing and when they smile it's noticable. In Soccer that isn't always the case, except for these great pictures that show a "Tooth in Flight"

Portugal vs. Spain (International Friendly) 4-0

MLS is over for all the teams but two. In January the transfer window opens and some players will move, some will be loaned and some will retire. Landon Donovan is taking the wait and see version of it all, and why wouldn't you knowing that Ronaldihno may sign for LA Galaxy?
