The Cascade Summit wrapped up at Starfire with the Sounders dropping their second game to a Northwest rival. Friday night I was in the Stands when the Sounders lost to Portland 2-0, the lack of a play maker/CAM/creativity is really starting to show!

Goals win games and when your best players aren't scoring it is a concern!

Some say it's to early to panic, but over the weekend the 3rd year Sounders looked more like the expansion team along side Portland and Vancouver.

There is always the other side of the coin when it comes to looking at results.

Current look at the Sounders roster as of Monday Morning.

Sounders vs. Vancouver Goals and Highlights

Liverpool 3 – Manchester United 1 (Premier League, March 6, 2011)

Dirk Kuyt wrapped up a great hat trick on Sunday with a goal at the Kop end netting Liverpool a crucial 3 points over league toppers Manchester United. Man U and squad decided they didn't want to share any words with the media. There were a few tackles in the game and Nani cried? There's no crying in Football!!

Wolves 3 – Tottenham 3 (Premier League, March 6, 2011)

A Look back at how the Yanks Abroad performed for their respective teams, one Yank who has been lost in the wilderness for sometime found a bit of form over the weekend and looked very good for 30 seconds(which is all it takes to make a highlight).

Manchester City 1 – Wigan 0 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

Riding the pine is not every one's favorite thing to do, when your use to starting and being the leader it is even harder to take. Michael Ballack decided he just couldn't do it.

West Ham 3 – Stoke 0 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

Ferguson refused to speak to the media, Ashley Cole shot a staff member, Rooney collared an opposing player with a swift elbow, Saha wrecked his Ferrari, Rangers vs. Celtic ends in a Melee, and a Man City player is caught taking a banned substance, it was just another week in Football!!

Fulham 3 – Blackburn 2 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

Michael Bradley is resilient, oft-not-injuried, critical component of any team he plays on and his pedigree shows an upward moving level to his play. That notion makes Bradley’s next few months at his club Aston Villa all the more compelling.

Bolton 3 – Aston Villa 2 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

It is easy to be disillusioned with modern football. In a game where clubs are willing to trade their heritage for a new flat-pack stadium and some supporters burn replica shirts when their star striker moves to another Premier League club, football has departed from its origins and core roots. It is only when you analyse how the game has evolved since the 1800’s, though, that you realise that it has been inevitable for several decades.

Newcastle 1 – Everton 2 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

Much has been made of Jean-Marc Bosman's plight since his career came to an end. The man who fought, successfully, to overturn an illogical and unjust contract situation, is battling alcoholism and depression, something he talked about as recently as this week, but how far does Soccer go to help?

Birmingham 1 – West Brom 3 (Premier League, March 5, 2011)

Today's look at the unlikely, unorthodoxed, on just unbelievable goals. The Joy of six: Freaky Goals.

St. Mirren 0 – Rangers 1 (SPL, March 6, 2011)

Top 10 Goals of the Week

Old School Blooper of the Week

The English Premiere League is almost 20 years old and over that period of time a lot of stats have piled up. One that might or might now interest the casual fan is "Which Team has been the Dirtiest team over this period of time?" after reading the list and seeing who is at the bottom of the list the next question asked is "Is a clubs status and reputation having affects on Referee's?"
