Kelyn Rowe may have quietly sneaked onto the United States U-20 National Team last December, but he’s making a ton of noise at the 2011 CONCACAF U-20 Championship. After two matches, Rowe has three goals and has putt in two high quality shifts for Thomas Rongen’s U-20 squad.

Manchester City 5 – Sunderland 0 (Premier League, April 3, 2011)

You just dinged your prized Maserati while trying to park in Manchester and you're getting out to assess the damage. It's only a minor scratch and you can certainly afford to get it fixed, but you're still annoyed with yourself for doing it, as anyone would be. And that's when a stranger in a green jacket comes up to you and gives you the V-sign(Flips you off in English). Just, boom -- screw you, football man. Have some of this.

Fulham 3 – Blackpool 0 (Premier League, April 3, 2011)

Demands for Premier League players to be given a midseason rest like in Spain, Italy and Germany intensified after England coach Fabio Capello blamed his team’s second-round exit from the World Cup on the squad arriving in South Africa too tired after the grueling domestic campaign.

EPL Goals of the Month for March.

Three relative newcomers around Bob Bradley's team have fans similarly stoked today. Young defender Timmy Chandler and even-younger striker Juan Agudelo notched their first U.S. starts against Paraguay. Agudelo held up fairly well; Chandler was nothing less than a revelation. Tim Ream, not exactly a newcomer but hardly a national team icon just yet, improved his standing with an impressive collection of peppy passes.

Osasuna 2 – Atletico Madrid 3 (La Liga, April 4, 2011)

Minutes after Barcelona’s win over Villarreal on Saturday night, that all but secured the La Liga title for the Catalan giants, talk was rife about the deliberate yellow cards picked up by Victor Valdes and Sergio Busquets.

Highlighted on this site as a comparison to Real Madrid’s behaviour at Ajax in November, the thinking was that if Valdes and Busquets pick up yellow cards at Villarreal they would activate suspensions for the home match with Almeria next week and be free to play in the Clasico against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu a week later.

As is so often the case in Spain, with cameras seemingly everywhere at football grounds, evidence has emerged of exactly how Pep Guardiola went about ordering his two players to pick up the bookings.

Canal + have highlighted how Pep Guardiola waved an imaginary card over his head in the dying seconds of the match and even showed how Sergio Busquets fouled Giuseppe Rossi with the intention of receiving his yellow.

Instead, both Valdes and Busquets received their bookings for some ridiculous time wasting at the end of the match which is all shown on this video.

Sevilla 3 – Real Zaragoza 1 (La Liga, April 3, 2011)

If Hoffenheim's aim was to become an established Bundesliga club, they have achieved their goal faster and more thoroughly than they bargained for, because the club is now more than merely established - Hoffenheim have become so normal they are boring.

It's all in the Foot Work, Brazilian Neymar shows what Samba is all about!

If you were watching from you couch on Saturday you might have heard Rooney give everyone a celebratory "How do you do" problem is he is now charged by the FA for it!

Catania 4 – Palermo 0 (Serie A, April 3, 2011)

It was just what America needed a true private soccer academy, that helps players develop not only into better players but also better people. Unfortunatley money always seems to get in the way of ideas!

Napoli 4 – Lazio 3 (Serie A, April 3, 2011)

There has been a lot of talk about Rise & Shine, the movie about Jay DeMerit’s unlikely soccer career which took him to the EPL. But in an article by England’s The Guardian, the real story is the friendship between DeMerit and the film’s creator.

Hibernian 2 – Hearts 2 (SPL, April 3, 2011)
